Our Mission
Sports Scheduling of the Carolinas was founded on a simple belief: youth athletes deserve well-organized leagues and fairly officiated games. Too many recreational programs were losing seasons to scheduling conflicts, no-show referees, and last-minute chaos — and the kids were the ones paying the price.
We set out to fix that. By combining reliable scheduling expertise with a trained referee network, we give league coordinators one trusted partner for everything that happens off the field — so coaches, parents, and athletes can focus on what happens on it.
Today we serve leagues across North and South Carolina, covering soccer, volleyball, basketball, and flag football. Whether you run a 6-team recreational division or a multi-sport organization with hundreds of players, we bring the same commitment to every season.
